4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Herber Veda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Refunds are provided in the form of Herber Veda E-Vouchers, valid for 30 days.
