Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Delivery Issues & Proof of Delivery (POD)

If you experience any of the following:

  • Issues with the delivery process
  • Problems caused by the delivery agent
  • Concerns related to Proof of Delivery (POD)

You must:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Attach your identity and signature proof with the request to help us resolve the issue promptly.

This 24-hour window is based on courier partner policies.

Payment & Delivery Concerns

For concerns related to:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment issues
  • Delivery delays

Please contact our Customer Care Team during business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply unless stated otherwise at checkout or during promotions.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of returns or cancellations after the order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
