Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
Delivery Issues & Proof of Delivery (POD)
If you experience any of the following:
- Issues with the delivery process
- Problems caused by the delivery agent
- Concerns related to Proof of Delivery (POD)
You must:
- Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach your identity and signature proof with the request to help us resolve the issue promptly.
This 24-hour window is based on courier partner policies.
Payment & Delivery Concerns
For concerns related to:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment issues
- Delivery delays

Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges may apply unless stated otherwise at checkout or during promotions.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of returns or cancellations after the order has been dispatched.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
