Returns and Refund Policy

At Herber Veda, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and fair return and refund process in the rare event that something goes wrong.

Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

All purchases made through www.herberveda.com are considered final unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery. We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind.

Approved returns are subject to inspection and, if eligible, refunds will be issued as Herber Veda E-Vouchers, valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Eligible Return Scenarios

You may be eligible for a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Order is incomplete or missing items
  • Packaging is visibly tampered or broken upon delivery

Important: Documentation Required

To process your return request efficiently, please ensure you:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue and packaging from all angles
  • Retain the original packaging (both outer and inner)

Returns without packaging or proof of damage will not be eligible for refunds.

Return Timeline & Instructions

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at: care@herberveda.com
  • Use the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]

Please include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile number
  • Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products returned after 48 hours from delivery

Refunds & E-Vouchers

If your return is approved, you will receive a Herber Veda E-Voucher equal to the eligible refund amount. This can be used on any future purchase on our website.

  • For COD orders, please share your bank account details via email for processing.
  • Refund processing time: 2–5 business days from return approval.
  • E-Vouchers are non-transferable and valid for 30 days only.

Delivery & Payment Issues

For concerns related to:

  • Delivery not received
  • Incorrect delivery status or Proof of Delivery
  • Payment issues (failed, duplicate, or pending transactions)

Please contact our support team immediately with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Your ID proof
  • Delivery screenshots (if applicable)

Orders from Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased our products through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa), please contact their customer service directly. Herber Veda is not responsible for returns or refunds processed through external platforms.

Fraud Prevention & Security Notice

Herber Veda will never ask for sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, or banking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or unofficial links.

If you receive suspicious communication, please report it immediately to care@herberveda.com.
